2005 Mustang GT doors won't unlock without key, no lights, stuck in park?

The engine turns on, but the following does not
work:
- No Headlights or Breaklights
- Doors will not unlock or lock using buttons on
doors or on key fob
- Can't shift from park
- Dash lights show Parking Break, Skid Warning, Oil,
No Gas, tac works but oil and fuel does not

My dad and I are testing fuses, but could it be the
break light switch alone or as a part of the overall
problem?

your no help . Is it a relay or the ford water problem where water leaks into the cars interior and rusts electrical component and wiring.

Interior fuse has power. We tested the break switch light, and that is dead. That being said, it may be water as my dad tried to bypass the switch, but that didn't work as there was little to no power to the wires. I, not being a mechanic or electrician, noticed water on my hands when I pulled off the passenger kick panel. I didn't mention this to my dad until he brought it up. Had no idea about the water leak being a standard problem, but we are going forward with this being the issue tomorrow.
