2004 mustang 4.6

I did a swap on my car from a v6 to a v8 with a new
performance clutch and all and i finished
everything and put all new fluids in the motor and
transmission and i go to start it, it will turn like a
quarter turn and lock up... does anyone know why

Yes ecu, hardness, the coded key to that motor....like i can turn the motor by hand but it will not go all the way around....its like something is keeping it from spinning...and i cant figure out what it is
