Chrysler Sebring leaking oil from somewhere.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok so I have a 2004 Chrysler Sebring
that is leaking oil from somewhere
but it's only on the silver piece that's
showing. Thought maybe my head
gasket had blown but everything
looks normal. It didn't start until my
coolant bleeder house needed to be
replaced. We've tried everything
except taking it apart to figure out
why. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.

oil in the antifreeze or vice verses would indicate a blown head gasket but have you checked to make sure the oil drain plug is in tight and the oil filter is on if they are put a piece of cardboard under it to see where it is dripping from and see if you can trace it

The oil isn't leaking from under the car it's leaking onto the silver piece under the hood of the car
