2007 Ford Explorer V8

When I start my Ford it has a knocking noise and
then after idle for about 2 seconds it goes away.
What could this be. Had new radiator put on and
all new hoses. $2700 later this just started. Very
nerves because I just put all this money into it.

It was low oil but not much. I put oil in and seemed to solve problem. It’s crazy I just had all hoses changed two weeks ago at dealership And had oil change. Do you think they just said they changed oil and didn’t do it?
