Poping and Creaking Noise when turning

I have a Chrysler Seabring 2.4L DOHC Sedan
Model what's going on is i have been told my
alternator is not producing enough voltage only
thing i have been told wrong but when I turn my
steering wheel when im turning sounds like when
my tires are turning something under my hood
kinda pops couple times while I turn i just got a
new rack and pinon,tie rods,control arms,bushings
and new steering pump .My break light come on if i
hit a hard bump stays on then goes off idk what's
going on
