Leaking and cutting off

My Sebring has a leak and keeps
cutting off. I replaced the alternator,
belt and battery. I don't think it is the
water pump because I replaced the
entire engine 3 years ago. Thoughts? I
really don't want a new car.

Leaking WHAT? Coolant? Oil? All we can suggest based on the info provided is find the leak and fix it!

"Alternator, belt and battery" would have nothing to do with a gas, coolant, or oil leak. Can you tell us the fluid type or appearance and approximatly where is is coming from by where it is showing on the engine or ground?
