Front passenger wheel tilts inward at the top

Alignments alter camber, caster, and toe-in. Your camber needs adjusting. It might also be damage to a steering or suspension component, but that would take quite a hit and you'd likely have felt it. Just take the truck to a tire shop to have it checked.

That sounds like a chamber problem as opposed to an alignment , Get the wheel in the air grab hold and see if there's any movement . Soon you should see uneven wear on that tire .
An alignment should identify the problem. A camber adjustment is probably needed. Could also be a broken suspension part is the cause and requires replacement.
