Loss of power/won't go past 70mph

I have a 2011 Honda Fit with 127k. All of a sudden
I can't go past 70mph without being floored and
when I do my RPMs are at 4/5000 and at 60mph
I'm at a solid 3000 RPMs. Could this be a clutch
problem or loss of compression or something
else? Help!

If it is a manual transmission it could be the clutch slipping. If it is an automatic transmission the fluid level could be low or the transmission could be slipping.
