What causes my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica to jump in and out of gear at any speed

Started out slipping out of gear while shifting rpm goes up then gradually
goes back in to gear. Now while driving any speed at any time for a split
second car jumps like engine stops then continues on

Have the transmission diagnosed by your local trans shop or dealer. A low fluid level, faulty solenoid or other trans issue will cause that. Get it checked out ASAP, It will only get worse till your stranded.

Thanks it has been at Chrysler Dealership for 2days, no codes they said they drove it for 20 to 25 minutes. That called and said no trouble found that's what there transmission tech said. Any ideas what else to check ?
