Car Shaking/Stuttering

When I am at a light my car shakes and when I'm making  a stop it dose the same thing. today the car stopped on  me but came back on why is this? and two light came on when that happened

Maybe misfires or a vacuum leak? What two lights came on? If one was the check engine light, I would definitely scan for the trouble codes. An auto parts store can do that for you.
