Pictures might help or a better description. Where is this grey box exactly? Is there a drain tube on this box because it might be condensation from AC

No tubes that can find and on passenger side if looking at the air filter box it's just behind it to the left up against the dash and it's a grey box that at the bottom has what seems to be some kind of rubber flap on it and not a.c. ac hasn't worked since got the car over 2 years ago never use it

But also wonder could the a.c. not working be due to if that was built up fluid that wasn't able to drain out

Yes that box does have something to do with AC because I can see drier to top left and ac lines going into firewall. So that box catches condensation. That box is probably blocked
