Passenger sliding door will not close with any of the automatic features

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Using the overhead buttons the pillar button and the
remote will all will open the door but when I try to close the
door none of the electric methods will work I have to do it
manually.

Google it and you will find a video that will tell you how to fix a broken wire in the black plastic wire harness

I guess if I ask a stupid question I'll Get a stupid answer. Allow me to elaborate, I have used my multimeter to test continuity in the harness. All wires are good. There are no visible physical barriers preventing the door from opening all the way. Also, all of the videos mentioned are for previous generation power sliding door and are not relevant.
