Roof vents not blowing any air

On my 2011 Durango the rear roof vents are not blowing
any air. (hot or cold)  I can hear the blower and the blower
is responding when I select the blower speed. Also, the
right interior side panel by the third row seats gets very cold
when I run the rear AC. It sounds like that is where the
blower motor is located. Any ideas?

I DRIVE A 2014 DODGE DURANGO, MY FRONT VENTS ARE NOT BLOWING COLD NOR HOT AIR. MY BACK VENTS ARE WORKING.
