Light problems

I have a Mini Cooper 2011. The front right indicator stays lit at a very
low level
when I stop the engine 10 minutes later it goes out. Everything else
is fine. Can
anyone help with irritating problem

You have a short somewhere in the circuit. Either at the stalk, the wiring to the bulb Socket or the socket itself. Remove the assembly and pull the bulb. Check the bottom of the bulb to see if it is corroded or burnt. Also check the electrical plug.

Thank you for your quick answer. Is this a small problem if left for a few days. What is the worse can happen Will it get worse or lead to further problems. I have only had the car a few days. A friend thought it might be a grounding problem or water somewhere in the system. Your symptoms seem to make sense

If you let it go, you would just run the risk of the short getting worse and draining the battery overnight.
