why do you think im hearing a squeaking noise from the passenger side of my 2011 f-150?

the blend door actuator went out on the passenger side, took to the dealership they replaced it of course. but now im hearing a terrible squeaking sound coming from the passenger side of the dash. i know it has to do with the whole blend door replacement. but it didnt start squeaking until a couple days ago, its been about 3 week since they fix it. cant live with a squeak like that. just wondering what u thought might have happen. thanks!

Take it back. They replace the complete box when it's repaired. Either the door is bad or something is not working freely they put back together.
