Bad Rattling noise when ac is on.
And I also noticed that when trying
to turn off all ac/heat air settings
at least one always stays lit up on
the dash and won't turn off. Any
suggestions on how to resolve/fix
problem is much appreciated

I"d have the AC system inspected and or the AC compressor and pulleys and belt, which is probably making the noise. Driving it like this can lead to further issues. Have a good mechanic look it over for you.

i have tested both engine cooling fans hi and low speeds work. all three relays check good. when i disconnect the coolant temperature sending unit the fans turn on and i did replace the sending unit.
