What is wrong with my 2011 Nissan Altima

My car just started acting crazy it isnt accelerating as
normal and sometimes it gets no power when pedal to the
floor. The RPM rise more than the MPH what is wrong with
my vehicle?

It would be hard to say without further testing. It might be throttle related, or the transmission. Maybe mechanical, maybe electrical. Is the Check engine light on? If so, have an auto part store scan for the codes.
