2011 Ford Ranger XL starting in the on position

I have a 2011 Ford Ranger XL with 47,000 miles. It starts in the on position. The
computer was replaced, and was driven one time with the correct starting.  
Went out to start it and it only starts in the on position.  Weather has been damp
and raining, and just want to add that in case it factors into the problem.  Help
please because I am at a loss on what is wrong.
