pmc have no code when I start the car cooling fan are off after 05 minutes service engine lights come on & cooling fans starts on full speed & never stop

check all electrical circuits for shortage as by accident i found one of the sensors wire was touching with the engine body causing that ECM order the full speed of the fan. i just moved it away from the engine every thing back to normal. changing the ECM & all the other services done was not needed.
