A/C fan quit working

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A/C fan quit working, replaced fan but it's now blowing the 15 amp fuse, now
what? Fan resistor or speed control? Any ideas?

My wonderful guess is the resistor but would verify with a meter before buying.
