Check engine light

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay car been running sluggish go get oil change
then all sudden I see smoke next day smelt like oil
then check engine light came on couple days later
then it say service but I had it service with oil
change right

Did you check to see if there is oil in the engine?

No I thought they did that when u get oil changed but I did pull out a stick in the back and it look like it had oil but then again I don't no about cars either
