2011 c300 gauges don't work

gauges don't work windows don't work lights work steering locked car won't
start, Had my car towed home put a new battery in it still nothing.  when I put
the key in it says remove key but when I tuen the key the gauges don't move
and none of the dash lights come on, windows don't work, but radio comes on

Sounds like the dealer needs to do a total reset of the control systems.
