2011 Expedition HVAC kicking on and off

This is a 2011 Ford Expedition, the HVAC keeps going off and on. When
wiggling the wires and plug to the resistor it would some times come back
on. unplugged and pulled the resistor, found one of the plug spades burnt. R
and R the resistor and spliced in a new plug. HVAC fire up and ran for a few
minutes, kicked out for a few minutes then quite then fired up and quite. It
kept doing this. HELP!
