I have a 2007 Ford F150 that the high/low headlights are not working. But all other lights are. Check fuse and put new relay in under the hood with a new swift.  I can run a wire from the positive side of the battery to the wire going to the relay and they work. I have check the switch I have power coming in, but the wire going to the relay shows to have no power.  What could be going on, or what can I try please help.

Okay I bought a new switch. When I check the fuse box with a test light in the low beam I have no power
