Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Trying to diagnose truck issue on 07 Ford f150 5.4. noticed
long crank but started then 2 days later a no start. Kept trying
but and could only get a weak shaking start would die. Used
starting spray to get it running. Tried driving and died at stops
or when accelerating made a clunk noise followed by zipping
sound when pressing peddle. That hesitates or does nothing
but makes noise. I did manage to drive it home 6 miles in
traffic at top speed of 45 on freeway. Was embarrassing but
saved on the tow. Not able to get any codes not sure is a wire
was cut or fuse blown but all scanners tried won't read being
plugged in. Was told by seller needed an 02 sensor but not
which one. Changed all fuses related just to be sure. Looked
out relays no visual signs of faults. Didn't have spare to test
and forgot to take one from other spot to test but will now. I
also made sure inertia switch is not tripped and took a peak
for fpdm and found it was resting on spare tire not mounted.
New to this but looks in good condition compared to videos of
what it looks like when faulty. Money is an issue right now so
need to be sure I get right the prob and what's needed to fix

could be the ECM (computer ) Things need to be tested for proper spark , fuel pressure injector pulse . What do the plugs look like ? Diagnosing and finding the problem with symptoms on a web site may not work out for you .and not having the money to spend doesn't help
