Can't find the Transmission Fluid Filler/Dipstick 99 SedanDeVille

My old 1999 Caddy Sedan-De-Ville is "slamming" into Drive, and hesitating to switch gears on the highway. I know she only probably needs some tranny Fluid, but I can't find the filler or the dipstick anywhere. I've looked everywhere under the hood, 4xs, and still can't find it.

look under the air filter box. It`s a round looking plug that screws out.
