factory wired trailer lights. My running lights work but my turn signals and brake
lights do not work. I have tested all the fuses (behind passenger side kick
panel) and relays (under hood). All test good but no lights

I just had the same issue. Turned out to be the bulb in mirror turn light was burnt out. I guess it shuts down the entire system.
