My 2002 Seville STS has begun making very noisy "garbage disposal" noises on speeds above #2. How is this part accessed and replaced? Or cleaned, in case mice filled it with seeds as they did inside

Something in the fan. The fan will have to be removed and the problem cleaned out.

And is this difficult, requiring removal of entire dash board?


Hopefully you can access it below or behind the glove box.
