Did you check the water pump? is the leak internal or external?

See the drips on the ground? Look up. That's where the leak is..... If you don't see drips on the ground, you have an internal leak, and that's not uncommon on a twenty year old Cadillac. If this is the case, get a compression test to find where the leak is. It's likely a damaged head gasket or cracked head. And the coolant is blowing out the engine in that white smoke you see coming out the exhaust.

Maybe it's just condensation.
