Hello! I had this same issue and the dealership wanted to charge me $1000 to replace the entire radio. By chance my car died again a few weeks later and when we jumped it the second time it went back to working completely normal! It could be that the first jump was done wrong, but try re-jump starting the vehicle (we used a solitary jump system as opposed to jumping with another vehicle), it was a life saver for me and I can't believe the dealership didn't try that first. Perhaps there could be an issue with the battery causing the problem.
