deam headlights in outback

Hi,
I have ap rpoblem with my headlights. the main beams in both sides are
deams and I can't see the road.  I have xenon lights.
Can some body tell me why both sides are deemed at the same time?
In the company  garage they told me to replace both headlights and it is
very expansive.
Do you have an idea what to do?
If I want to replace the headlights I need headlights with xenon support.
The paer number is 84001AJ100/101/102 and  84001AJ110/111/112. I
need that the headlights will be europe certified. If you know where I can
buy them it will be very helpful.

Bad ballast? I might convert it to standard lights.

To everyone having headlight issues on a 14 check your connections before changing it out. Both of mine have "gone out" but actually it's the connection so they just needed to be adjusted each time on several occasions the connection is the problem. The bulb is fine. Before you replace the bulb check that first it appears to be a known problem With the 14
