I have a 2011 ford escape v6 awd ,im having a/a issues

The a/c is fully charged and pump runs smooth but
blows heat instead of a/c , I'm wondering if it is a
relay or fuse and if it is where us it located with a
pic or diagram please

I have a similar problem. Just bought 2010 Escape a week ago. AC works fine on first trip of the day. ..as day goes on will blow warm air with 19 second reprieve of cold air every couple if minutes. How to fix?
