2001 S550 AMG starting problem though checks out with computer ok

happens over & over again. Sometimes need to try nearly 100x.
Had the sensor mechanism on gas pedal replaced as was not responding to acceleration. That's ok now thx to tip from a club.

either your key or your computers. try a spare, if it doesnt work, take your car to the dealer, as mercedes wont sell the EIS computers to independent shops.
