Tire size rim

I currently have a 2004 Cadillac deville base just
had one of my tires blow out...my question is can I
get away with using my dodge spare which is a
215, 65, 16 ....for about a week or so until my next
check?.

I wouldn't think G.M. and mopar have the same bolt pattern , there is a chance in hell but I doubt it , I like to have an actual spare instead of the donut they give you

Sorry about not clarifying it's a dodge caravan 5 spoke wheel my tire size is 225, 60,16 also a 5 spoke... but my dodge is mini van is 215, 65, 16....
