It could be a bad proportional valve, Or the break line rubber hoses are bad. Does this have rear drums, or rotors.

It has rotors. Some time they are released and while driving the rear brakes just start applying creating heat in both brake rotors & wheels. Could this be a faulty TC sensor? Thanks, Stan

Caliper pistons can freeze up if there older. This is most common. I would have the rear calipers and breaks checked out. TC, Traction Control Sensor? No..
