This car has 200,000 miles on it, I didn't look at it yet
because I would love you guys feedback first. Is this car
worth buying for $5,000, with 200,000 miles on the dash?

There is almost no used BMW that is worth buying. That goes double for one with 200,000 miles on it. Very expensive to maintain and more expensive to repair. Walk away from this one.
