I have got the intake manifold back my car and got
it to start ended up being the 30 fuse in the ebox
under the hood ....... but once we got it all together
with be replacement  parts it's still over heating ....
it has a new water pump and a new thermostat
and it's heater inlet pipe is also brand new and we
have done a radiator  flush and also a heater core
flush I am out of options and losing hope he

Check the cooling fan, How does the engine run? Did you flush the outside cooling fins of the radiator as well including the A/C condenser? Very Important are all the air dams in place check another 5 series to see what's supposed to be there. Settle down, drink beer, see if this helps if not repost.
