where is the cigarette lighter fuse on cadillac srx

Fusebox is under the hood on passenger's side. Fuse is marked "OUTLET" - it's a 20 DIagram is in the cover of the box

It is the IP/outlet 20amp fuse. Replaced it today and outlets back working!

Question: what would be the reason for front outlet not to work, but the center/back seat outlet to work? Connection in front? Fuse is good btw. Thanks.
