Check the sensor in the wheelarch extention at the front bumper, if its been damaged or torn off that is the reading you will get, also if its internally faulty

Luke is absolutely right on this. There is a great tendency, especially after 13/14 years for the wire leads to pull loose or for the sensor to have simply fallen off. The information above is correct the outside or ambient temp sensor is located in te under panel before the front tire. If the panel is missing/broken replace it as well. BMW sells a connector and wire terminals to repair this. Replace the sensor and its connector/wires.

Apart from this what it could be, i tried all this, nothing happened still.
