can barely see instrumentation in daytim okay at nite

Sounds like the headlights are on all the time. Make sure the light sensor for the headlights is not covered. It's on top of the dash. If you have anything sitting on the top of the dash, remove it. See if that fixes the problem. Hope that helps! Jim
