It depends on whether or not your having any other issues like pulsating brake petal on application.. Or if you see any hot spots (discoloration) of the rotors. This would indicate the brakes are over heating and may be contributing to rapid pad wear. If your not having any other issues other than normal wear of the pads, I would just replace the pads, and maybe the slide hardware, or at least clear in real good. As far as rotor replacement or resurfacing, many of these rotors are real thin as new and have very little thickness on them to be resurfaced. Even if you can resurface them and keep them in specs they may not have the ability to displace the heat and later cause pulsation or rapid wear. SO - If you are having problems with the rotors, I would replace them rather than resurface. Most rotors are pretty inexpensive now anyway. Well worth the few extra bucks to replace as opposed to resurface.
