the rear end of my 2005 cadillac deville is way high? Can i reset air ride?

There is a ride height sensor attached to one of the rear lower control arms with plastic ends. They often break. The sensor makes the system thing the car is too low and adds air to the system. The other thing it could be is a bad or plugged up air dump switch.
