can 20in fit on a 2005 deville comfortably without adjusting springs? Does it change the smooth to rough?

20s are not that big- should fit fine- but you will need real-low-profile tires- and tires that skinny, with that small of a sidewall will not flex going over bumps- yeah, a rough ride SA-

I have 20" rims on mine ,changed front and rear spring and shocks , i ran 245-40-20 , the ride is nice!!!!
