Should I buy this 2005 Deville?

I have a chance to buy a two owner 2005 Sedan DeVille with 187,000 miles on it for $3500.00.   Owner has had it since 2007 and has ALL maintenance records.  Should I take a chance?

Any older used car has the chance of needing repairs no matter how well maintained it was , Test drive it and don't buy it " as is " Mileage isn't always a good indicator of condition I always look at the under carriage for rust and rot and judge by that

Run Away! You don't want any old Caddy with a Northstar engine.
