2004 330ci Vacuum on my oil cap even tho took out the ccv valve
Theres still a lot of vacuum pressure on my oil cap I took
out my ccv valve replaced it with a oil catch can I also put
a pcv valve back in the line from the valve cover to the oil
catch can . The second line from the oil catch can went
back to the intake manifold. Why do I still have vacuum
on my oil cap
YOU WANT THE VACUUM ! SUCKING VACUUM IS GOOD... SUCKING FROM THE OIL FILL HOLE IS GOOD...... OIL CATCH? SHOULD BE A SEALED ENGINE..
On vehicles with an external Crank Case Valve, CCV, the valve should be replaced. On BMW E60 with the N52 Engine, this is external. On some BMW's the CCV Valve is integrated into the valve cover. In this case the valve cover would need to be replaced.
