All four windows and sunroof opened mysteriously...with a disabled fuse for the sunroof. How is this possible?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I woke up and went to my car this morning- all four windows were completely down as well as my sunroof being opened all the way.  I wouldn't think twice about it BUT the fuse for the sunroof had been disabled a few months ago because it needs a new motor.  They were able to put the sunroof back in place and pulled the fuse so we wouldn't forget and try to open it/ get stuck off track again.  And of course it rained last night!  Both sets of keys were stored safe in the house.  How is this possible and any thoughts about rain damage clean up?

Disabling the fuse will not work have to completely unplug the motor. The key fob itself if you hold the unlock button that will roll all the windows down. also if you use the key in the door and turn it and hold it
