I have a 2003 bmw 325xi that has 17 inch rims on
that have 205/50/17 on them and I was wondering
what is the biggest tire i can put on them without
having to do a fender roll or have rubbing issues

Take measurements and see. A 215 tire would probably fit. Try BMW enthusiast forums to see what other people are putting on their cars.
