Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Sometimes the keyless entry system does not work for the backseat doors. Is this common? Do I need a new key? Is it a user error?

Have you tried changing the battery in the remote? they generally pry apart into 2 pieces and have a 2016, 2025, or 2032 battery inside.
