3rd gear

My car often doesn't want to go in 3rd gear I
recently took it to a shop and was told that I only
needed transmission fluid and my computer is
saying there's nothing wrong anybody have an idea
of what could be the problem

THAT CAN BE THE VALVE BODY OR THE VALVE BODY PLATE THAT HAVE AN ELECTRIC CONDACTOR
