My Jeep starts when it wants to, other times it will not start (will not turn over). Had battery, connections and starter checked (starter replaced a year ago).

I have a jeep grand Cherokee 2010. I turn the key get two cranks then a smooth air sound. Not the usual bad starter sound. Every time I turn the key it does the same thing.
